Getting involved with IUPAT is completely confidential. When you sign an authorization card, you authorize IUPAT District Council 7 to represent you in collective bargaining with your current and future employers and jobsites. The union will act as your representative to negotiate higher wages, better benefits and safer working conditions that employees will receive.
